FOCUS: Empower individuals to recognize the significance of their daily choices and shape a more sustainable future.

APPROACH: A digital intervention developed to increase user engagement in climate-positive action, by reducing the communication gap surrounding "net zero" and empowering people to understand their environmental impact.

CONCEPT: The project introduces gamified daily challenges and community-driven interactions for a shift in user behaviour through:

• Storytelling and playful visual communication

• Positive reinforcement using a character-based reward system

• Social influence and shared accountability via community spaces

• Personalized learning that links daily life with carbon impact

The design reimagines sustainability as obtainable and habit-forming-to make small, reachable actions meaningful and motivating.

OUTCOME: A redesigned app experience with:

• A new “Challenges” feature encouraging consistent climate-friendly behaviour

• A community page to enable collaboration and progress together.

• UI enhancements improving clarity, trust and actionability Visual character states that support emotional connection and interaction The solution helps customers adopt sustainable habits and creates a cultural shift toward the net-zero future that everyone shares.
