FOCUS: How does sound + imagination drive collaborative gameplay for children?
APPROACH:
Conducted workshops with children to test drawing-based character creation and group game mechanics
Studied behavioral responses to rhythm, storytelling, and teamwork.
Built a prototype with iterative feedback loops to refine interaction flow and improve accessibility.
CONCEPT:
Help restore harmony to time in this musical adventure. Sing or play with sounds as players collect musical fragments through various eras, from pre-historic beats to futuristic tunes, and work together to create their own "Time Song" to return the cosmic rhythm and balance.
This narrative structure supports:
Creativity, Expression
Social interaction
Learning fundamentals of music (rhythm, melody, harmony)
OUTCOME:
A functional playable prototype was showcased at Cinekid, where kids were actively:
Sang, composed, researched, and shared together
Progressed through 3 time-travel chapters: Rhythmic Roots → Melodic Discovery → Harmonic Synthesis Confidence in self-expression built through sound The result is an engaging, educational hybrid of play and music — proof that imagination + interaction can fuel collaborative learning.
